These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions of the Buzz Bingo Great Summer Giveaway!   1. This website, www.buzzcodes.co.uk, can be used by recipients of a unique award code (issued by Buzz Bingo) to claim their  Promotion prize (the “Prize”). The total quantity of Prize’s available (via prize award code redemption) on buzzcodes.co.uk are:

  2. Recipients of a valid prize award code shall be directed to enter their code at the promotional microsite. The recipient shall be required to choose their Prize, from the selection to which they are entitled, and enter the details as requested including name, e-mail address and a nominated postal address (only where physical goods are to be delivered). By return, they shall receive an email confirming their Prize selection.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize selected with an alternative similar prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
  4. Any digital Gift Card selected, as a Prize, is offered subject to the applicable terms and conditions of use published by the issuer. Digital Gift Cards will be sent by email transmission to the email address entered in the award code redemption process.
  5. Prize award codes must be entered on the website by 11th June 2023. Applications made after this date will not be eligible and applications may only be made online using the method described above, claims by any other means (for example postal claims) shall not be accepted.
  6. The prize award codes involved cannot be sold or exchanged for any other service, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or alter the offer at any time in the event of a technical fault which prevents entry in accordance with these terms and conditions or other exceptional circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  8. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize award code or Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

Unless an entrant has actively opted in to receive more information from the Promoter, any personal data provided by an entrant, including their name and any email address and postal address, will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion. Data may be provided to a third party supplier where appropriate for the purposes of administering the promotion, and completing delivery of the Prize only, and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent.   10. This offer and these terms and conditions are governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer.
