This is an independent website owned and operated by Avinity Limited on behalf of the Buzz Bingo Group. It exists to allow consumers who have a valid award code to claim their prize Reward entitlement, using this website to do so.

To claim a prize associated with any unique award code, you will need to provide personal details such as your name, email address, postal address and telephone number(s) in order that we may affect fulfilment of the prize which you are entitled to, this policy will describe how we use that data.

We will also retain your data in order to assist you with any customer service issues, for example fulfilment issues or where there are problems experienced in the redemption of digital Gift Cards.  

Save for our fulfilment partners, where providing personal information is necessary for them to complete delivery of a prize to the address you provide, we will not share your details with any third party.

Where your prize Reward involves a digital Gift Card or the provision of a third-party service then you will be subject to the terms and condition of the provider. The provider may need to collect and use your personal information and such use will be in accordance with their own data policy.

If the law requires us to, we may need to collect and process your data. For example, we can pass on details of people involved in fraud or other criminal activity affecting us to law enforcement.

How long do we keep your personal data?

Typically, we will only retain your data for about 3 months after your prize claim though we can retain access to your transactional information for 7 years.
